Anna has over 27 years of experience providing oral hygiene that is both thorough and comfort focused. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University and has built her career on a foundation of clinical excellence and genuine compassion. She speaks fluent Tagalog. When not working, she enjoys spending time in her garden, where she finds peace and inspiration.
Ellen, Dental Hygienist
Ellen is a dedicated dental hygienist with more than 25 years of experience helping patients achieve healthier smiles. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University and is committed to providing gentle, personalized care that supports long-term oral health. Ellen is bilingual, allowing her to better connect with and serve a diverse patient community. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Mimi, Dental Hygienist
Mimi has been with Dr. Fuhrmann for over 35 years and enjoys the strong rapport she has developed with her patients over the years, including seeing multiple family generations. When she isn’t getting to know the patients, she enjoys long nature walks and going to the gym with her husband, as well as spending time with her son and attending her grandkids’ sporting events and activities. Her priorities are physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
Donna, Practice Administrator
Donna helps keep the office running smoothly behind the scenes, managing the administrative details. She has worked alongside Dr. Fuhrmann for more than 30 years and values the relationships that have been built with both the team here at Dr. Fuhrmann’s and the patients that entrust their care to us. Outside the office, she enjoys art, reading and time at Lake Gaston, Her favorite moments, though, are spent with family and friends - whether it is sharing a cup of coffee, cruising or hosting gatherings at her home.
Priscilla, Treatment/Insurance Coordinator
Bringing over 30 years of hands-on-experience in the dental field, Priscilla is a trusted and knowledgeable member of our team. She began her career as a dental assistant with Dr. Fuhrmann before moving to the front office. In her current role as Insurance Coordinator, she helps patients understand and maximize their dental benefits with compassion and clarity. Her combined clinical and administrative expertise ensures every patient feels supported from start to finish.
Carlos, Receptionist
Carlos has a strong passion for customer service and is committed to creating a welcoming, comfortable and stress-free environment. From scheduling appointments to assisting with insurance and billing questions, he helps ensure the front office and check-in process runs smoothly. He takes pride in being part of a team that helps patients smile with confidence every day.
